Can I Leave Gotomeet Meeting and Have Others Continue
Hi Tzeyang,
My name is Didi, an Independent Advisor. I'll be happy to assist you today.
From another user's response on the link below, "if you just leave then you can go back in by clicking the join meeting button again. 'End the meeting' is different than hanging up in a meeting as end the meeting ends it for all participants."

Here's a Teams meeting tutorial you could check out:

Thanks!

Is there a way to create a meeting for a group of people where I don't need to be there to start the meeting. I want all the participants to be able to present or at least one of them have the right to give each person hosting and presenting rights. Basically I won't be part of the meeting at all other than to create the meeting appointments.

I am also very interested in the answer to this question! More specifically, how to create a meeting for another group, but a mixed group (some from within the own organization, and some from outside the organization), and then having the external person be admin/host or presenter.
Help? :)

Nevy,
I do not believe this option is available when creating a calendar invite/meeting directly in Teams.
However, in Outlook, when you create a calendar invite which includes a Teams Meeting link, at the bottom of that invitation there is a link for "Meeting options." If you click that link it will open a new browser tab. Go to that browser tab. Once there, click the dropdown for "Who can bypass the lobby?" and select "Everyone." Click the save button in the lower right corner. You can close the browser tab once you've saved your changes. Return to your calendar invite and send. At the time the meeting starts anyone who was on the invitation can jump in and start the conversation. As a recruiter I use this all the time to set up interviews between other parties that I don't need to be included on.
Pro Tip - I also recommend toggling "Announce when callers join or leave" to "No." Most people I've asked prefer to not have callers announced.

Mathew, thanks for this info, I am just like you, a recruiter who needs to set up meetings ....between candidates and hiring managers....After changing the setting to let EVERYONE BYPASS THE LOBBY ....can someone else be invited into the meeting by the other guests or do they have to be on the initial invite list ? I say this because sometimes ...the candidate needs to be interviewed by a second hiring manager

Thanks so much for the reply! This is very helpful! One other question. Do I have to me in the meeting to start it and if I was in the meeting (and I was the meeting creator) needing to leave, could I leave? So basically if I leave the meeting can I close out normally without disrupting the meeting? Thanks!
